The role also requires preparing test design documentation, reusable QA templates, and developer guides, as well as conducting peer reviews and ensuring compliance with Microsoft best practices. Candidates should have strong debugging skills, experience with Dynamics 365 CE/F&O, solid knowledge of workflow automation, security role validation, and performance tuning, and be comfortable leading testing activities and mentoring junior team members.

Proficiency in API testing for CE integrations (OData, REST/SOAP, Dataverse APIs). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated regression cycles and release validation. Ability to conduct peer reviews of test automation scripts, enforce coding standards, and ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices. Familiarity with upgrade readiness testing, hotfix validation, and ensuring compatibility of customizations during cumulative updates.
