About the Role Senior Analyst, IT Risk Management will support the SOX Compliance program within the Finance Organization, reporting to the US‑based Manager, Risk Management. The role focuses on scoping and evaluation of general and application IT controls and managing various program components. Responsibilities Support execution of SOX program components including IT scoping, risk assessment, stakeholder training, control testing, remediation recommendations, and reporting. Assess design effectiveness of internal controls. Work with business owners to address control gaps. Partner with IT teams across Mainframe, UNIX/Linux, Cloud, and Windows environments. Liaise with regional finance, IT stakeholders, and internal/external auditors. Identify efficiencies and optimization opportunities in the SOX program. Exhibit strong project management and communication skills. Manage international time‑zone differences. Requirements Extensive knowledge of IT general and application controls. Strong understanding of IT control frameworks such as COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity, NIST SP 800-53, CIS/SANS Top 20. Familiarity with SEC/PCAOB regulations, COSO, US GAAP. Experience across multiple technology environments (Mainframe, UNIX/Linux, Cloud, Windows). Project management and stakeholder communication abilities. Eligibility Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems or equivalent. CPA/CA, CISA or similar certification required.
