Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer III to join the AWS Infrastructure Supply Chain team in Bengaluru. This division is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of the global infrastructure that powers AWS cloud services. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end software development life cycle, including establishing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and managing build and testing processes. You will lead the design and architecture of complex systems, focusing on reliability and scalability to support massive data center operations. The position requires significant experience in software development and programming, as well as a proven track record in technical leadership. You will be expected to mentor junior engineers and provide architectural guidance on both new and existing systems. This role is well-suited for an experienced software professional who excels in large-scale distributed systems, enjoys technical problem-solving, and has a strong background in leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.
