Responsibilities include reviewing code, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers or acting as a technical lead on feature work. The day‑to‑day work blends hands‑on programming with system design, performance tuning and collaboration across product and operations teams. The position suits candidates with at least five years of professional software development experience, solid proficiency in one or more programming languages, a strong grasp of the full software development lifecycle, and demonstrated ability to lead or mentor engineering teams in a fast‑moving environment.
Amazon is seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to join our Grocery In-store Technology team.
