The Worldwide Returns & Recommerce (WW R&R) team focuses on reducing the cost and environmental impact of product returns by building systems that enable efficient inspection, refurbishment, resale, or recycling of returned items. As a Software Development Engineer‑II (SDE 2) on the Opsflow squad within WW R&R, you would spend your days designing, implementing, and testing backend services and APIs that power the returns workflow, participating in code reviews, improving system reliability and scalability, and collaborating with product, operations, and data‑science partners to translate business requirements into robust software. You would follow the full software development life cycle—writing clean code, adhering to coding standards, managing source control, building, deploying, and monitoring services in production. The role suits engineers with at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture work, proficiency in one or more programming languages, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable field.
