Tech Lead / Solution Architect

SAJRE Edutech Pvt Ltd is an Indian education‑technology firm that builds digital learning platforms and related services for schools, colleges and corporate training. The Tech Lead / Solution Architect role is senior and expects the incumbent to define and drive the technical vision for new and existing products, translate business requirements into scalable system designs, and oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of software solutions. Day‑to‑day activities will include creating architecture diagrams, selecting appropriate technologies, guiding development teams through code reviews and best‑practice enforcement, coordinating with product managers and QA, and ensuring performance, security and reliability standards are met. The position also involves mentoring junior engineers, managing technical debt, and contributing to roadmap planning. Candidates should have several years of hands‑on software development experience, a strong background in system architecture, familiarity with cloud platforms and micro‑service patterns, and proven leadership in agile environments. A track record of delivering complex edtech solutions is advantageous.
