Profipack is a supplier of packaging materials such as boxes, tape and film to businesses across twelve sectors in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria. The CRM Specialist & E‑mail Marketeer will design, build and launch email flows and campaigns for different industry segments, turning webshop and sales data into targeted messages that drive repeat purchases and re‑engagement. The role covers the full lifecycle of a campaign – from concept and creative design using Adobe or Canva, through technical setup in platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to execution and performance reporting to the e‑commerce manager. Collaboration with the design‑webshop team and an external agency is required, and successful campaigns may be adapted for the German market. The position suits candidates with two to four years of hands‑on email‑marketing or CRM experience, fluency in Dutch, and preferably additional German or French language skills. Experience in B2B e‑commerce, a blend of creative and technical ability, and familiarity with marketing automation tools are essential. The role offers a salary of €4,000‑€5,000 gross per month and a contract in Utrecht’s De Meern office.
CRM Specialist & E-mail Marketeer Een mail over sneakers verkoopt zichzelf bijna. Maar kun jij een inkoper in de metaalindustrie laten klikken op een actie voor wikkelfolie? Of een meubelmaker laten lachen om een nieuwsbrief over dozen? Bij Profipack verkopen we verpakkingsmaterialen aan bedrijven in zo'n 12 branches in Nederland, België, Duitsland en Oostenrijk. Geen fashion of skincare, wel dozen, tape en folie. En juist dat maakt het interessant. Ons e-mailkanaal staat nog in de kinderschoenen. Jij gaat het bouwen: van idee tot werkende flow. Wat ga je doen? Je bouwt e-mailflows en funnels per branche: welkom, herhaalaankoop, heractivatie en meer. Je zet input van de webshop en sales om in campagnes die opvallen, van creatief idee tot foutloos verzonden mail. Moet er een partij folie weg? Dan maak jij daar iets tofs van. Campagnes zoals Black Friday zet jij van begin tot eind neer. Je vertaalt succesvolle Nederlandse campagnes door naar onder andere Duitsland. Je rapporteert aan de e-commercemanager en werkt nauw samen met het designen webshopteam. Voor technisch complexere ideeën ben je het aanspreekpunt voor het externe bureau waarmee we werken. Heb je zelf een goed idee? Dan werk je dat gewoon uit. Wat breng je mee? 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring in e-mailmarketing, CRM of marketing automation, waarin je zelf flows technisch hebt opgezet in HubSpot (grote plus), Klaviyo of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Je bent creatief én technisch onderlegd: je bedenkt de mail en zorgt zelf dat die goed live gaat. Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands. Duits of Frans is mooi meegenomen. Ervaring in B2B en e-commerce is een pré, vooral B2B. Je hebt ervaring met Adobe of Canva, en je zet ChatGPT slim in. Je houdt van tempo, bent nieuwsgierig naar wat concurrenten doen en wordt blij van een kanaal dat nog niet "af" is. Waar kom je te werken? Op ons kantoor in De Meern, centraal in het land en op dezelfde plek als ons distributiecentrum. Je ziet dus letterlijk de dozen de deur uitgaan die jij in je mails verkoopt. Met ruim 50 collega's zijn we een jong, ondernemend team met korte lijntjes en een open cultuur. Ons motto is "Niet lullen, maar poetsen", maar er is net zo goed tijd voor een grap, een vrijdagmiddagborrel of barbecuefeestjes met het team! En elke woensdag sporten we samen in onze eigen Profi-Gym. Wat bieden we? Een salaris van €4.000 – €5.000 bruto per maand. Een informeel team van 7 marketing- en webshopcollega's, dus je staat er niet alleen voor. Meelopen met sales, zodat je snapt wat onze klanten echt bezighoudt. Ruimte om door te groeien.
