Using in‑house technology and full‑stack analytics, the company measures and optimises campaigns in real time for regulated and high‑growth sectors. The HR Business Partner will work directly with the CTO and technology leadership, handling employee‑relations cases, performance issues and restructures in line with UK employment law. Daily tasks include coaching managers, designing career pathways and development programmes for engineers and product staff, supporting onboarding of senior tech hires, and analysing people data such as engagement and attrition to identify early‑stage problems. The role suits an HR professional with proven experience as a business partner to engineering or product teams in a scale‑up, strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, CIPD Level 5/7 qualification or equivalent, and confidence in advising senior technical leaders. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast‑moving environment, have excellent written and verbal communication, and enjoy building culture and capability within a growing tech organisation.

We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally. The Role Our HR team is growing! We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team in London. In this role you will be the dedicated people partner to our Tech team. You’ll resolve people issues early and fairly, coach managers to lead well and build the career, capability and culture work that helps a fast-growing team perform. Key Responsibilities Partner the CTO and Tech leadership on every people matter, from performance and conflict to restructures and growth Handle employee relations and performance cases end to end, resolving them early, fairly and in line with UK employment law Build and run a culture and development plan for Tech, covering career pathways, manager capability and team health Onboard and support new Tech Directors on the people side of their roles, so they can focus on delivery Use people data, from engagement and attrition to time to resolution, to spot issues early and show the impact of what we do About You Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting engineering, data or product teams in a scale-up Confident handling complex employee relations and performance cases, with sound knowledge of UK employment law Experience designing and landing career frameworks, manager development or similar programmes Comfortable challenging and coaching senior technical leaders, and trusted by the people they lead CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or equivalent experience You thrive when working as part of a team Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Have excellent written and verbal English skills Last but not least, you’ll have no ego!
