As the Public Sector Partnerships Lead for France, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding the company's presence within French government institutions. This part-time role focuses on identifying opportunities to integrate ElevenLabs' AI technologies into sectors such as healthcare, education, transport, and state-owned enterprises. Your daily responsibilities will involve building a robust network of relationships with government agencies, ministries, and policymakers to drive product adoption and generate sustainable revenue. You will act as a bridge between public sector entities and the company's go-to-market team, while also monitoring regulatory developments and engaging in policy-related initiatives. This position is well-suited for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the French public sector landscape, strong networking capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex institutional environments. You should be comfortable operating in a high-velocity, AI-first environment where you will be expected to manage strategic partnerships and support policy campaigns to foster the adoption of advanced AI solutions across government infrastructure.

About the role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to build ElevenLabs' public sector business across France. The Public Sector Partnerships Lead will identify and build relationships with government institutions across France, bridging the gap between government and our GTM team to drive adoption of ElevenLabs' products and grow government into a strong, durable revenue stream for the company. The role also involves building strategic partnerships with policymakers, industry associations, and coalitions, as well as monitoring regulatory developments and supporting policy campaigns and impact initiatives. In this role, you will: Drive government adoption and revenue (primary) Identify government partnership opportunities across France — from healthcare and education to transport, public banks, and other state-owned enterprises — and bridge the gap between government institutions and the GTM team to drive adoption and deployment of ElevenLabs' products. Build and maintain a wide network of relationships across French government institutions — spanning ministries, agencies, établissements publics, and SOEs — not limited to regulatory or policy counterparts. Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services in partnership with the GTM team. Build strategic partnerships (secondary) Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups. Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events, advancing the company's public policy goals. Monitor and advise on policy (tertiary) Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across France, with a focus on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights. Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company — including EU-level developments given France's influence in shaping EU AI policy. Support the development of internal policies by our Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams. Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and their business implications. Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives that advance company objectives.
