Coopers Group AG is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a long-term, technologically complex IT transformation project based in Bern. In this contract role, you will be responsible for establishing and refining agile working methods within an Agile Release Train (ART). Your daily responsibilities include facilitating Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, supporting the Product Owner with backlog management, and coaching team members and stakeholders on agile best practices. You will act as a facilitator for interdisciplinary teams, identifying and removing impediments while ensuring transparent communication regarding project progress, risks, and dependencies. The role also involves defining KPIs and OKRs to track performance and optimizing team processes and collaboration tools. This position is well-suited for a professional with a background in computer science or business informatics who possesses significant experience in scaled agile frameworks like SAFe. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and moderator capable of managing complex stakeholder interfaces and fostering self-organized collaboration. Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence is essential, as is a high level of fluency in German to effectively coordinate across internal and external project teams.

Du verantwortest die Etablierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung agiler Arbeitsmethoden, begleitest interdisziplinäre Teams und stellst eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Agile Release Trains (ART) sowie mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern sicher. Deine Aufgaben: Etablieren und Weiterentwickeln agiler Arbeitsweisen innerhalb des Teams Erstellen und Pflegen von Team Working Agreements sowie agilen Standards Organisieren, Moderieren und Nachbereiten von Scrum- und SAFe-Zeremonien Unterstützung des Product Owners bei der Pflege und Strukturierung des Product Backlogs Coaching von Teammitgliedern und Stakeholdern in agilen Methoden und Best Practices Identifizieren, Nachverfolgen und Beseitigen von Impediments Sicherstellen einer transparenten Kommunikation über Fortschritte, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten Koordinieren der Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren agilen Teams und externen Partnern Definieren und Nachverfolgen geeigneter KPIs und OKRs zur Zielerreichung Kontinuierliches Optimieren von Prozessen, Tools und Teamstrukturen Fördern eines effizienten Onboardings neuer Teammitglieder Unterstützen des Abhängigkeits- und Schnittstellenmanagements im SAFe-Umfeld Dein Profil: Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master in agilen Software- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte Kenntnisse von Scrum sowie Erfahrung in skalierten agilen Frameworks wie SAFe Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops, Retrospektiven und Planungsveranstaltungen Praxis in der Begleitung interdisziplinärer Teams und der Förderung selbstorganisierter Zusammenarbeit Erfahrung im Stakeholder- und Schnittstellenmanagement Sicherer Umgang mit Jira, Confluence oder vergleichbaren Collaboration-Tools Fähigkeit, Hindernisse frühzeitig zu erkennen und nachhaltige Lösungen zu etablieren Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Coaching- und Moderationsfähigkeiten Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Einwandfreier Leumund ist zwingend Find Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
