About This Role Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Player Health Manager to act as a studio-facing community strategy partner across PlayStation’s first-party portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Community Operations & Strategy Lead, you will be one of the founding members of a central Community team that provides strategy, standards, and scale for PlayStation Studios and their player-first community operations. Working across some of the largest IPs in gaming, this role will be integral to shaping the strategy and central operations supporting community and marketing teams. This is a role for a community leader in gaming who can also execute: equally credible presenting a title community strategy to studio leadership and leaning into game launch-window operations. Responsibilities Own the relationship with a slate of PlayStation Studios community teams, acting as the primary center of excellence stakeholder from early development through launch and live. Consult on and co-author community strategies tied to marketing GTM (go-to-market) positioning, milestones, and long-term franchise goals. <li data-leveltext="–" data-font="" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{&qu
