The Senior HR Operations Lead reports to the CHRO and is responsible for building and maintaining the HR operating model that supports the company’s talent strategy. Day‑to‑day work includes designing and refining onboarding, performance, development and exit processes, turning people data into actionable insights for HR business partners, and managing the HR technology stack and vendor ecosystem, including EOR partnerships for multi‑country employment. The role also oversees compliance across a distributed workforce and coordinates the HR calendar of interventions that drive compensation and development outcomes. Ideal candidates have senior‑level experience as an individual contributor in HR operations, a track record of partnering with HRBPs and stakeholders, and familiarity with HRIS, payroll, benefits vendors, and EOR arrangements in a technology or SaaS environment. Strong analytical skills, a data‑driven mindset, and the ability to design scalable HR infrastructure are essential.

About the Role Lokalise's People team is responsible for building and sustaining the high-performance, distributed workforce that our business depends on. Our HRBPs own talent strategy across their business areas. This role owns the operational infrastructure that makes that strategy real. As Senior HR Operations Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving the systems, processes, and ecosystem relationships that determine the quality of the employee experience and, ultimately, the performance of our people. This role reports to the CHRO.
