This position is well-suited for an experienced product leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity who can balance technical product strategy with the complexities of quantitative risk assessment. Candidates should be comfortable navigating both offensive and defensive cybersecurity perspectives to drive measurable business outcomes.

How we scale matters just as much as how fast we scale: our CORE values: Cohesion, Openness, Responsibility and Equity shape how we work together, make decisions and build for the future. 🎯 The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for OpenCRQ , Filigran’s product focused on Threat-driven Risk Assessment and Cyber Risk Quantification (CRQ) . In this role, you’ll make clear, data-informed decisions about which problems to solve and why, helping customers move toward more quantitative, probabilistic risk management. You’ll act as a domain expert in cyber risk, challenge and shape the core product model, and align Product, Engineering, Business, and leadership around measurable user and business outcomes. You’ll also help define strategic ecosystem choices for OpenCRQ, including potential partnerships with the FAIR Institute , breach/data providers, and other relevant risk and cybersecurity ecosystem players. At Filigran, Product Managers are also expected to actively participate in the AI-driven development of prototypes , working hands-on with AI Agents to explore concepts, validate assumptions, and accelerate product discovery and delivery. 💼 Your Responsibilities Own the product vision and roadmap for OpenCRQ , with a strong Cyber Risk Quantification mindset. Challenge and shape the core product model, including the data model, emphasized controls, and how risk is communicated to customers. Lead customer and prospect discovery to validate direction, prioritize problems, and identify high-impact opportunities. Make clear, data-informed product decisions and align stakeholders around trade-offs and priorities. Work closely with Engineering and R&D leadership to turn product strategy into deliverable outcomes. Collaborate with Business, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and leadership to ensure OpenCRQ creates measurable customer and business value. Evaluate and drive strategic ecosystem opportunities, such as FAIR Institute alignment and partnerships with breach/data providers. Contribute to Product Management practices, including AI-assisted product discovery, prioritization, and delivery workflows. 🤝 Who You’ll Work With You’ll report to the VP Product Management . You’ll work closely with other Product Managers, Engineering leadership, and the OpenCRQ engineering teams. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders across Leadership, Business, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering. Key collaborators include the Director of Engineering for OpenCRQ and cross-functional product stakeholders. 🧬 Profile We’re Looking For Senior product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, risk management, or a closely related domain. Strong ability to reason about quantitative and probabilistic risk , including threat distributions, likelihood, impact, and financial exposure. Credible understanding of cybersecurity from both attack and defense perspectives; a pure compliance background is not sufficient. Experience working with AI on the full product delivery cycle Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Engineering, Product, Business, and leadership.
