Our AI-powered attribution shows which channels actually drive revenue, and our platform automatically moves ad budgets to where they have the most impact. As a Zurich-based AI scale-up of around 30 people, we support leading European brands in e-commerce, telecommunications, banking, insurance and energy. 🚀 Your mission Get future-proof. In our 12-month traineeship you learn, at the intersection of marketing, analytics and AI, how modern marketing is measured and optimized with algorithms. You will have a dedicated expert buddy to show you the ropes. You won't learn how AI replaces your job, but how to work with it and achieve more. After one year, you look after your own clients and move into a permanent role in our Customer Success & Account Management team. 🗺️ Your year at Nexoya Foundations (Months 1 to 3): You learn how digital advertising works, from search to social to display, using Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat as examples. Then you dive into analytics and attribution, understand how our algorithms optimize budgets, and get your personal AI toolkit. Applied (Months 4 to 8): Together with your buddy you look after your first clients and lead your first calls yourself. You also spend time in marketing, sales and product, and join a sprint with our Founder & CEO. Ownership (Months 9 to 12): You look after clients fully on your own and take responsibility for your own projects. 🧑💻 Your tasks Analyze cross-channel performance data (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc.) Master attribution, marketing mix modeling and incrementality, and explain them clearly to our clients Prepare, interpret and present the budget optimizations from our platform Work with AI tools every day for analysis, reporting and client meeting preparation Understand what a client really needs, challenge assumptions with data and turn insights into clear recommendations, in German and English Own projects that move our team and our platform forward 🎯 What you bring You are at the start of your career, eager, like taking responsibility and want to learn fast Enthusiasm for AI and analytics: you don't need to be a developer, but you should want to work with AI every day A completed or soon-to-be-completed degree in business, data science, marketing or a related field Enjoy working with numbers and data, for example in Excel or Google Sheets Fluent in German and English is a must , Italian is a plus A plus: your own AI projects, an internship in performance marketing, first experience with Claude, SQL, Python or BI tools Why Nexoya? ✨ Future-proof skills: AI, marketing and analytics in one program ✨ A clear plan with fixed milestones, a personal buddy and regular development talks.
