The Multi‑Channel Commerce Fulfillment (MCCF) Seller Support Associate acts as the primary point of contact for sellers who use Amazon’s fulfillment services, helping them resolve issues related to order processing, inventory, returns and performance metrics. Daily tasks include responding to seller inquiries via email or chat, using Microsoft Office tools to document cases, updating catalog information, troubleshooting FBA shipments and feed errors, and escalating complex problems to specialist teams. The role requires fluent English, a graduate degree, a track record of ownership and bias for action, and familiarity with Seller Partner Support processes, FBA operations, catalog/feeds and merchant account management. Candidates should be comfortable working flexible shifts that may include weekends, nights or holidays, and should demonstrate an ability to learn quickly, act decisively and apply basic AI‑related concepts to improve support efficiency.
