Technical Support Engineering - Directory Services

Microsoft is a global technology company that develops software, services and cloud platforms. In this role the Technical Support Engineer will focus on Directory Services, primarily assisting customers with issues related to identity and access management solutions such as Active Directory and Azure AD. Daily tasks are expected to include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, guiding users through configuration steps, analyzing logs, and escalating complex cases to higher‑level teams. The engineer will also document solutions, contribute to knowledge‑base articles and collaborate with product groups to improve service reliability.
