You will also conduct deep-dive financial and competitive analyses, perform peer benchmarking, and build complex models to identify key growth drivers. Beyond investor relations, you will contribute to high-impact strategic finance initiatives, including corporate development, M&A due diligence, and long-range planning. This position is well-suited for a data-driven finance professional with a background in investment banking or sell-side research, particularly those with experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environments. The ideal candidate possesses strong valuation expertise, a growth mindset, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights to support the company's long-term strategic goals.

Role We are looking for a Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance to join our team. This is a Remote role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance in the Investor Relations & Strategic Finance department. In this critical position, you will drive key investor relations projects and play a pivotal role in our quarterly earnings processes. You will also lead high-impact strategic finance initiatives that support our long-term growth, competitive positioning, and operational success. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Support the quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of earnings press releases, call scripts, financial outlooks, Q&A documents, and accompanying work Perform financial, strategic, and competitive analyses, including industry and peer benchmarking, market/valuation trends, and ad-hoc projects to support strategic initiatives Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships, identify and synthesize key trends, and gain insight into critical metrics, drivers, and scalability Collaborate on the execution of our annual Investor Day and investor sessions at customer conferences Support high-impact corporate development and strategic finance initiatives, including M&A due diligence and long-range planning Who You Are (Success Profile) You are a relentless problem-solver who is energized by finding solutions and tackling hard challenges to deliver the greatest impact. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 5+ years of relevant experience combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise software company Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, coupled with a strong interest in equity market operations and stock drivers Strong financial modeling skills and advanced valuation depth, with the capability to confidently discuss valuation frameworks for M&A and due diligence Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures, cloud infrastructure, and subscription-based financial models Foundational to advanced understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven product pipelines, as well as utilizing modern analytics tools to optimize IR workflows Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification #LI-Remote #LI-HG1 At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
