About the Role Riverlane’s mission is to master quantum error correction (QEC) and unlock a new age of human progress. As a QEC Researcher on the Frontier team you will help develop the world’s first QEC stack, working at the intersection of science and engineering, spending roughly equal time on research and software development, focusing on the QEC decoder and compiler stack. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing to Deltaflow, Riverlane’s real‑time QEC system. Responsibilities Develop the QEC decoder and compiler stack. Conduct research in quantum error correction. Write software to implement QEC solutions. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and external partners. Support knowledge building in quantum computing and QEC. Requirements Prior knowledge of quantum computing or quantum error correction is useful but not essential. Strong software development skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Eligibility Not specified.
