Sohohouseco is seeking a Senior Interior Design & Trade Support Lead to join their team on a maternity cover basis. This role focuses on supporting the interior design and trade business operations across the UK, EU, and US markets. The day-to-day responsibilities involve managing complex post-sale enquiries, acting as a primary point of contact for trade customers, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve high-priority issues. You will be tasked with ensuring a seamless customer journey from delivery through to aftersales, while actively working to improve existing processes to support global trade objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to relationship management and a strong commercial awareness to drive customer retention and repeat business. It is well-suited for an experienced professional with a background in high-end customer service or trade support who is comfortable navigating complex operational challenges and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain high standards of service while balancing multiple international workflows and contributing to the overall efficiency of the trade department.
The Role.. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Interior Design & Trade Support Lead to join our team on a maternity cover basis, supporting Soho Home’s growing Interior Design and Trade business across the UK, EU and US. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing complex post-sale enquiries and strengthening the processes, that support our global Trade customers. You will act as a key point of contact for Trade customers and internal teams, taking ownership of high-priority customer issues, coordinating resolutions across multiple departments and ensuring a seamless customer journey during delivery and aftersales. You will build strong relationships with customers while supporting customer retention, repeat business and the wider commercial objectives of the Trade department. This is a senior, hands-on role combining customer service, complex aftersales resolution, process improvement and team support. The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially aware and confident working across multiple departments to deliver solutions that reflect the Soho House ethos.
