In the Premium Growth India team, the Growth Manager will focus on turning free users into paying subscribers and maintaining their engagement. Day‑to‑day work includes adapting global growth tactics to the Indian context, designing and launching India‑specific offers and campaigns, managing conversion funnels, lifecycle programs and win‑back initiatives, and running experiments to measure impact. The role requires close collaboration with global and regional Growth teams, local Marketing and Music teams, and ownership of execution from planning through analysis. This position suits candidates with experience in growth marketing, product marketing or subscription businesses, strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision making, and the ability to work across functions while tailoring strategies to local market nuances.
You’ll join the Premium Growth India team within the Markets & Subscriptions organisation, responsible for converting free users into Premium subscribers and keeping them there. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, marketing, product, and data, the team works to sustainably grow Spotify’s Premium subscriber base in India. In this role, you’ll drive demand capture and retention for Premium India by localising global strategies, developing India-specific initiatives, and executing across conversion funnels, offers, lifecycle programs, and win-back initiatives. You’ll collaborate with global and regional Growth teams as well as local Marketing and Music teams, while owning execution and experimentation in India.
