Spotify is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join its Platform team, which focuses on building the infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks that support the company's internal engineering operations and external technology offerings. In this role, you will lead the experience strategy for a significant portion of the Spotify Technology portfolio, aiming to make complex developer tools intuitive and accessible. Your daily responsibilities will involve a blend of hands-on design, product leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and marketing teams. You will be tasked with establishing a cohesive visual language and ensuring that developer-facing products maintain a high standard of craft and usability. This position is well-suited for an experienced designer who possesses a strong technical background and a passion for building tools that solve complex engineering challenges at scale. You will work under the guidance of the Design Director to transform internal capabilities into polished products that serve both global enterprises and individual developers, ultimately shaping how software is built in an era increasingly influenced by AI.

You'll work closely with product, engineering and marketing partners, reporting to the Spotify Technology Design Director.
